When our group originally arrived at Lake Moultrie, we found the path to our intended lakeside location fenced off. It took a little bushwhacking through some thick underbrush that left my legs a bit scratched up (yes, I was dumb enough to be wearing shorts 🙂 ), but in the end, we found a good spot where a lot of chatter ensued as we waited for the sun to make its way towards the horizon.
